The church building is on the A41 about half a mile south of the turn-off for Chester Zoo and the park and ride. It is easy to find the building because of its distinctive shape. From Ellesmere Port and Liverpool
Follow the A41 across Backford Bridge, where it crosses the canal, up the hill to the Moston traffic lights (petrol filling station on the corner). Continue on the A41 straight ahead, signposted to Chester Zoo. Go straight ahead at the Zoo entrance roundabout. As you continue you will see fields on the right, with houses beyond, and then a low building - a school. Next to the school, about half a mile beyond the Zoo roundabout, is the church building. Turn right just beyond the church into Flag Lane South. The church car park entrance is just around this corner. If you miss the turning into Flag lane South then turn right at the traffic lights and then first right after about 200 yards. This brings you into the other end of Flag lane South.

From Whitchurch and the A55 or M53
Follow the signs to Chester Zoo. This will bring you on to the A41 travelling north. About a quarter of a mile after the Hoole roundabout, where the A56 joins the A41, you will pass under a footbridge. Half a mile later you will come to some traffic lights (the only ones on this stretch). Go straight on but get ready to turn left into Flag Lane South about 100 yards after the lights. If you miss the turning then carry on to the Zoo entrance roundabout and retrace your steps from there.

From the centre of Chester
Find Liverpool Road (A5116) leading out of the city centre. Follow it down a gentle hill until you reach the roundabout for the turning (right) into Morrisons. Go straight on but get into the right hand lane just beyond the roundabout. Turn right at the traffic lights just after the roundabout into Mill Lane (pub and garage on opposite corners of the turning). Go straight up Mill Lane under the railway bridge (Bache station on the right) and up the hill. You will see the golf course on your left just beyond the railway bridge. Mill Lane becomes Heath Road after about half a mile. About a mile from the turning at the traffic lights you will see the Wheatsheaf pub on your right, with a turning (left) into Upton Lane opposite the pub. Go past this turning but shortly afterwards (less than 100 yards) bear left into Flag lane South. The entrance to the church is on the left towards the far end of the road.
